Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL Express with tracking. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and delivery address. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

All Delivery times/dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries.

Changes to the delivery address made by the purchaser after the goods have been handed to the delivery company will incur an additional charge.

If for any reason expected delivery will exceed 28 days from the date of receipt of order/payment the customer will be informed and given the opportunity to cancel the order.

In certain circumstances where our products being ordered for delivery to very remote locations (such as Scottish Islands) there may be an additional carriage charge. If your order falls into this category then you will be notified of the extra cost and given the option of accepting the extra charge or cancelling your order.

Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under English law, Can Logic Ltd accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so resulting from acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, draught, fire, legislation or other factors outside it’s control, or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so for reasons of suspicion of credit card fraud or similar, provided that it takes all reasonable steps to notify you within fourteen (14) days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases Can Logic Ltd will not process any payment or will immediately refund any payment made, in full. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order from Can Logic Ltd with sufficient lead time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from such non-shipment.

If there is a failed delivery due to the customer and not the transport company, the redelivery cost will be charged to the customer.

Please note, for non stock items our delivery times do not include production lead times which vary (usually 1-2 weeks), for more accurate production delays please contact our sales team.

Returns and refunds

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To return item for a refund or exchange, you must contact us first at info@truckhelp.co.uk You will be instructed on how to proceed with your return. To complete your return, we will require your invoice or proof of purchase. Please state your name/your company name, invoice number and purchase date when asking for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

* Downloadable software products / files

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund claim.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 28 days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted.

* Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange your purchase, please send us an email at info@truckhelp.co.uk. We will then advise you on how to proceed with your exchange.

You will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Goods are your responsibility until delivered/handed to us.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it:
